My issue is that I did all the work. Yes, you had me watch a lot of YouTube videos, but beyond that, you scheduled an appointment with a physiologist to be re-evaluated—at an additional charge. I also had to deal with three different coaches/contacts, many of whom were very slow to respond or never replied at all. When I spoke with Coach Laura Morato, I simply asked what services were provided that resulted in charges totaling over $9,000.00. I did not receive an answer.
