Awful Customer Service and Product
I ordered the heater and contacted my landlord to install it. Unfortunately, they will not allow me to do so. I contacted Envi, and they said, too bad. Nothing we can do as it is outside your 30 day window. Now should I have pre-emptively asked my landlord, probably so. But the heater is still in its box, never opened. It could easily be returned. Their customer service was completely cut and dry and offered zero assistance. I own my own small business and that isn't how business is done. If they need the money that badly, clearly they are hurting, so likely their product isn't great. Good companies accept returns.
