I purchased these lashes after being targeted with an advert showing someone getting out of a pool and the lashes not budging....great I need these for holiday. They arrived and was excited to try. Followed the instructions and it was all fine. Waited until after the 24 hrs before going near steam or water (as recommended by ANY lash extensions or bonds) and they all fell off. I then followed the instructions to clean them and apply again only to find they fell apart. The lashes might be waterproof but the bond certainly isn't and nor are they reusable. Its a shame because they look lovely when on. They are also a bit stiffer than other lashes I have tried and work out pricey seeing they aren't waterproof or reusable. I have contact customer service and they have replied but I doubt I'll get a refund as requested as they keep referencing the instructions (which I followed) so I imagine their stance will be that I did something wrong. Would not recommend.
