I was lost in the dark, struggling with how to bring my vision to life and Hero Time finally began to shine a light that did help me every step of the way! I was connected to a point person-Silver-who was always positive, insightful, and offering suggestions with quick communication. I'm terrible w/ computers; I had no idea how to get my original art on the board. Silver hooked me up with an amazing graphic designer in England-Rob-who helped bring the game to life! We had a free consult so he could get the feeling of what I was trying to achieve, very reassuring to actually meet the human who would be working on my project. Silver gave me realistic quotes about lead time & production, shipping, barcode info, and Rob truly blew me away with his experience, expertise, support, and design genius! When the prototype was finished they sent me a detailed video of the game, the box, & components, and offered a few helpful suggestions. The crew at Hero Time helped me bring my dream to life, when I had almost given up. I've never done anything like this, I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me through this journey!
