Just getting the run around and no actual response
I have been trying for days to get a response from customer services re; the non-receipt of an order placed 9 days ago. I have had no update on my order at all and just feel as if I'm getting the run around. Absolutely no actual response just 'we'll get back to you' or 'please reach out again if you need help'. My first and definitely last experience with this company.
