Customer Support failure
This review has nothing to do with the product itself but the customer support. My lumen device was stolen and the AI told me to contact support by putting in a ticket. I submitted at ticket for assistance so that I could replace the device on 1/5/2026 today is 1/12/2026 and I have still not received a response other than the automatic reply that tells me not to submit another ticket. I haven't had the device for long less than 6 months and for the money that I spent on the year long subscription and not be able to use it is very bad experience.
