When not to ask for customer feedback…
Would it hurt you to pay some web developers to actually spend some time on your UI and fix your backend so that you don't hit the upload button without a document selected, and it actually goes through the process of trying to upload a document? And just to top it off, you're getting one star because you're asking me how many stars you should get when you still have a case open and have an issued my certificate. So until I get my certificate, why the hell would I give you anything but a single star?
