Found a Great Rate for Renewable Electric Energy 10.8 cent /Kwh. Slightly higher than what I was paying $0.095900 / Kwh. Would have liked to lock in for longer, but rate would have been higher. With AI and Data Centers needing more energy, it looks like the Electric Costs will continue to rise.
