I've never had a problem with this company. I've never had to deal with customer service, so I can't attest to their competence. They can be slow to ship. It's not bad, just don't be expecting next or two day delivery. I thoroughly enjoy the size, fit, and quality of their tshirts and button downs, which is all I have purchased from them.
