roborock support is the worst
Support is horrible! Do not buy! I have a Saros 10 and can’t get parts for it. I’ve reached out to their US support email address and get a bounce back that their email box is undergoing maintenance. It’s been like that for 5 days. I repeat DO NOT BUY!
