**update: I already had sent photos documenting the issue. Unfortunately none of their recommendations fixed the issue. At that point, after adequate effort by the customer to document the problem, that’s when a good company will offer to help further, like how about sending me some Nexlim coil heads? Nevermind the AI verbatim same replies I received, they essentially offered no remedy to my chronic leaking issue. I encountered further problems when using devices (briefly) in cold weather and then returning to a lightly heated space (65-69F). And they failed to provide sufficient remedy again, so yea not pleasant to deal with, and they'll stonewall you with AI replies. Even when not taken outdoors tho the .8 pods have a very definite predilection for leaking, two in a row now that have chronic leaking issues.
