Difficult process
this was not an easy process for me, while the website said it would be processed and shipped within 6 days, I got the email saying that it was shipped after 10 days. This was very stressful as there are no real human reviews attached to their social media. And on top of that, the tracking link would say it was not real and that it wasn’t attached to a package, and the shop app had not updated to say that the item was shipped. I emailed customer service and the email was unable to send bc their server was down. That was the message I got on my end. So it was all just hoping for the best, after 3 days, I could open the tracking link to a working page on my laptop but not on my phone so that was something. Not very reassuring. However after 23 days my package did arrive as described. I was happily surprised but still very disappointed In the whole process. I was ready to dispute the charge with my credit card company but fortunately this purchase did have a happy ending. The estimated processing and shipping times were much quicker than reality so be prepared to wait 3-4 weeks for your delivery
