This is because they then sent me an email to take my review down, without even trying to make it right! Just a “Yes, we lied but will you take down?” Smh. And I still haven’t received neither my “Overnight/24 hr wig” NOR my “2-Day delivery” wig with the Fast20 code (didn’t mention this one in my last review but purchased on the same day) and it has been 6 days. The Overnight one just shipped today—six days later lol…what a scam. Literally ruined my weekend.
Their “24 hour ship/overnight delivery” and “2-day delivery” is a total scam!! Your items will come the same time as any other shipment from their site. I put all my eggs in their basket for a unique situation, based on their *FALSE* advertisements around fast shipping. Now I will be looking like boo boo the fool at the event in two days, thanks to these scammers. I reached out after I saw no movement on my item after confirmed payment (supposed to ship 24 hrs after confirmed payment). I reached out the second day to ask why it hasn’t moved and they told me it would be to me in the next 5-7 biz days and that just because the advisement says that, doesn’t mean it will ship in 24hrs. So what the fcuk does it mean then?? You know what it means?? It means it’s a lie—a scam to take your money and waste your time. So disappointed
