20 NZD for "express shipping" scam Paid extra for extra for express shipping ( 5 odd business days). Over 2 weeks later, it still hasn't been shipped or delivered to the courier. Not 1 star yet, as it may still arrive some day... Customer support do not answer queries and ignore all emails.
