Strange experience
Strange experience! For my order I was supposed to provide a phone number which I did. Then some follow up emails came stating that the phone number was not valid which was not true. After some communication we established, that the landline number I gave was not sufficient and my order was cancelled without giving me the chance to provide said mobile number. Afterwards they forgot to send my money back and I had to contact paypal to get it back. I give 2 stars since my second order (now I knew it and provided a mobile phone number) went through (and I got my order) but resulted in freezing my account without noticing me. Would actually give only 1 star for this behaviour but since I finally got my order that wouldn't be fair.
