I ordered 2 x HOMEMADE SEA GLASS bird…
I ordered 2 x HOMEMADE SEA GLASS bird ornoments for Christmas presents. The order value was £16.85, however, by bank account was debited for £21.06 via PayPal. The goods arrived one later (missed Christmas). There was nothing HOMEMADE or SEA GLASS - it was a picture printed onto to plastic. I emailed FuzBunny who offered to compensate me £2. I declined and requested a full refund. They refused and offered me £4. I contacted my bank, who had little information and advised I should contact PayPal directly. I am unable to speak to a human at PayPal, and unable to raise an issue via my PayPal account because I didn't use PayPal to pay; I used my debit card. Fortunately, I can afford to lost £21, but am wholly frustrated that I've been scammed and only reading reviews now and realising I'm not the first to be scammed. How companies like this are allowed to operate on Social Media platforms such as FaceBook is beyond me. Avoid at all costs!
