You guys send me multiple emails for, of all things, rhinoplasty. I ignore the first, yet get a follow up acknowledging I’m not interested, then continue to pitch… rhinoplasty. Your AI spam bots are not helpful to anyone. Do better. UPDATE: Dont see an option to reply to your reply, so i'm updating here. There was not unsubscribe button. Here is the full text of both emails. "Hi there, most Rhinoplasty patients arrive at their consult confused about recovery timelines and realistic outcomes—which makes conversion harder and increases no-shows. We've built a pre-consult education guide specifically for Rhinoplasty patients that sets proper expectations before they book (ASPS-compliant, de-identified case examples). Reply if you'd like an example - we can easily build one out for your practice. Thanks Matt | CEO ContentClicks" I trashed it as spam only to get this two days later. Hi there, I'm guessing the first email wasn't relevant—no problem. Different question: when Rhinoplasty leads book a consult, what % actually understand recovery timelines and candidacy requirements before they arrive? Most practices we work with say it's under 30%, which creates friction in the consult room and drives up no-shows. If that resonates, I have a simple fix. If not, I won't follow up again. Regards Matt | CEO ContentClicks"
