Product Nonfunctional, Refund denied
The preview in the test version suggested my file could be recovered. This was not the case. The recovered file only had the first 3 pages, the rest was missing, even though the file size suggested the full document was recovered. My request for a refund was denied. Also support is only AI, and thus borderline unuseable. Never again. There are alternatives both better and much cheaper.
