Still has not arrived (was suppose to be ready-to-ship)
I purchased a modular sofa from their website nearly a month ago. I selected that specific model/color because it showed as in-stock and would ship right away. After weeks of no update, I reached out to support and was told it was out of stock and would arrive “sometime this month”. They never gave a specific date. Costumer support was very nice, but unhelpful. I still have not received the sofa (or any updates). They charged my card as soon as the order was placed (making the delay even more frustrating).
