I ordered the WP017 walking pad and it was delivered quickly. It was a great addition to my work routine. I noticed a weird knocking/vibration recently and thought it may be an issue with the motor. I reached out to customer service and they responded quickly and are sending a new pad. I appreciate their quick review and working with me to resolve the issue!
