Helpful and sincere
Shipping did take a brief period, however, I ordered around christmas, and it was set to arrive on new year’s day. I entered my address incorrectly, to which I reached out to customer service via email and the team was very respsonsive and professional. Even though the mixup was my fault, they were understanding and informative when address my issues. I look forward to the amazing hoodie!
