I ordered a coat which costed 138€
I ordered a coat which costed 138€, it took approximately 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered instead of the announced 10 days. When the item arrived I thought it didn’t look bad but there was something wrong with the sleeve, you couldn’t easily slip the arm into it. I asked for a refund, which I finally got, after being offered the possibility to keep the item and get a compensation of 30 €, I choose to send it back, but it seemed complicated to me and I had to pay +/- 25 € for it. I understand they are trying to make the best out of it but for me it is not enough. I accepted to order this coat for my 13 years old daughter, who was a great fan of its original look, even though I warned her there would be a problem with it, now we have both learned something: don’t buy directly from China unless you are absolutely sure about the seriousness of the store. I absolutely don’t recommend to buy from Milanoo, you can never be sure of what you will get, and besides it’s better to purchase second hand or from local stores.
