Unfortunately I did not received a pendant I ordered as a gift for someone . This was my first time ordering from Moon Magic and I had a list of other items that I decided I would order after this one . The delivery was not left in a secure location and I advised Moon Magic straight away after returning home , trying to locate the parcel and quickly buying an alternative for the gift at a store local to me Moon Magic have refused to refund myself , stating the parcel shows as ‘delivered’ despite it being left on a main road in full view of cars and pedestrians. I will now never order another item from this company due to the poor customer service and leaving a customer out of pocket without an item . Regards Helen Mclaughlan
