DO NOT BUY FROM SHELTER STRUCTURES!
Terrible experience with poor quality of product and terrible customer service. Sent me damaged products from their production and packaging and refuse to rectify the matter. Quality of the product is bad - they even admit it themselves - ‘The assembly of the door is somewhat rough, but this is unavoidable due to technical and craftsmanship limitations.’ I have new geodesic covers that poorly fit with damaged windows because they packaged it when hot and this has caused the plastic to stick together clearly evident along the crease lines yet they tell me this wasn’t their fault. Lies - they like to fabricate the truth. They also didn’t send me items from my order yet insist they did. DO NOT BUY from this company. Awful experience. Terribly manufactured product. You’ll only be disappointed. I wish I could give zero stars. They don’t deserve 1!
