No delivery and terrible support
They made me so mad I had to write a review. I have made a purchase with using a visa card. They want me to send a photo of my physical visa card (partially covered). I am explaining that this Visa is a virtual card. Support doesn´t respond at all after this and in general every message takes over 30 minutes. Now I am waiting for 40min already. My 170€ are stuck now at this platform. After asking to refund my order I am getting ghosted.
