I <3 Songmont
Great customer service for return/exchange - I was given such thoughtful and kind updates regarding a return and request for an exchange that I made after ordering and receiving a bag that was just too large for what I needed it for. On top of that, the bag that I had initially received was so beautifully crafted and gorgeous, I fully plan on beginning a collection of all their handbags. Would absolutely recommend this brand to anyone, and I can't wait to receive my bag!
