Poor and unprofessional service
I ordered (order : 116187739) an Aoostar WRT Max computer that was advertised as in stock the 02/01/2026. The 05/01/2026 I sent an notification from Banggood mentioning that it was shipped. But as days passed the UPS tracking always stayed at the "Label created" only, with no evidence of the item being picked. 21 days after my purchase I still can't get any explanation from client service that mention every 2 days that I'll get an update in the next 24-48 hours. Which I never get. I requested a refund and even this isn't handled yet. That's not my first Banggood order but it might be the last... Edit : 3 weeks after Banggood ended up performing another shipment that I received, so adjusting for 1 star to 2. But that was both long and painful…
