My item was not delivered after over two months of asking for it. I was in contact with customer service three times to which they essentially kept saying "oops, sorry, there has been a mix up. Please give us 2-3 weeks to resend your order." I ended up canceling after over 2 months of waiting in which I had to go to the guaranteed shipping company I paid extra for because they also would not let me cancel through them.
