I am very pleased with my 100Ah Wattcycle’s. I did have two have BMS issues but WattCycle did replace the batteries. The only complaint (besides the failure) is that communication with customer service could improve. It took several communications over several days before my problem was understood and proper solutions were offered. Possibly a language barrier, possibly AI communications? I will be purchasing Wattcycle’s for my future needs.
