This is my third time coming to sonic in Trussville al and had a terrible experience like having to sit there for 30 mins because the lady didn’t get my order correct. I ordered 2 drinks once and left with 4 got charged for 3 they were all wrong then left with a free one that was still wrong.When I got there I ordered but when I was ordering the lady cut me off and made me sit there for at least 15 mins without saying anything and then when I wasn’t done ordering she walked outside and made me come up to the window when I wasn’t done ordering sitting at the menu then got my order wrong twice then was rude and her vape slipped and fell and I don’t like that and we read that it is against policy to have a vape in the store but especially not in the kitchen.
