Before I even order my Speediance Gym Monster, I wrote to the support team asking questions and voicing any concerns with a more expensive product as I just wanted to be sure it was a safe call to invest that kind of money. I cannot say it enough, I have never had a better experience with communication with a support member from any other company. Andrew was my support rep, and I received all communication back within 24 to 48 hours back (pending on holiday/weekend) and not just communication, but before I even made the commitment to purchase, I was made to feel like I was already part of the Speediance family and that they truly cared about customer satisfaction. With that, I made the purchase and still am treated the same, like a member of the family. Rare these days, seems like this company truly does care about the product they put out because it’s the customer care that I’ve already seen that will bring me back and tell my friends and my own family about.
