Item is not at all as described
HORRIBLE - Item is not at all as described. No pockets. Not sophisticated in style nor look. Looks and fits more like a onesie blanket. I posted a review on their site, which they have deleted. Beware of sites where all reviews are favorable. The silhouette does not match what is advertised. However, the fabric is soft and very nice. I ordered an XL. Customer service is excellent - responsive and refund issued within 2 business days. I asked for a refund BEFORE the 24 hour window expired, they claimed the item has already shipped...Impossible. The pathetic 20% refund on a $140 item assures I will never shop this site again. What a shame, as I was excited to receive this garment. Feedback section 'Causes of customer after-sales problems' should have one additional selection - item not as advertised.
