I’d rate them 0 stars if I could. Total ripoff! I ordered an item, and after waiting the specified time frame for the item, it still hadn’t arrived. There was also NO communication from them regarding the item so I emailed them for an update. They responded letting me know that the item is out of stock, and tried to bribe me to order a different item by offering a percentage off. I responded and let them know that I still see the item as being in stock on their website; but please issue a refund. They then answered back totally ignoring my request for a refund, and offered 50% off of another item. I told them to issue my refund immediately, or I’m going to contact my bank and file fraud charges. I’m going to give them a few days to issue my refund or I’m taking the next steps. A word of advice: STAY AWAY FROM BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE, THEY DON’T HAVE THE ITEM YOU’RE ATTEMPTING TO BUY, AND DON’T WANT TO ISSUE REFUNDS. UPDATE: Someone finally responded to my email, but they continue to play the same game. Offering a percentage off instead of refunding my money. I repeat DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH THE SAME THING! I am reporting this as fraud to my bank and will let them handle it. This is ridiculous. The worst online experience ever.
