Buyer Beware
I am writing to formally address the non-delivery of my December 2025 order for winter items purchased from what was supposed to be Norstrum Rack online accessed from YouTube. I have noted that these perpetrators operate under names, including Olivarre.com and Lunielwear.com. Given that I consistently receive packages from other vendors at the address provided without issue, I find the failure of these deliveries highly concerning. Although the tracking system used TRACK 718 lists the status as "Delivered," I have not received the winter items purchased yet. Consumers Please be advised when it seems to good to be true, even from a major dept store, it usually is. I have reported this matter as Non-Delivery of Products paid for to my financial institution, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for investigation. I am currently demanding a full refund of the total amount charged to my account.
