I have filed with the CRT against this company
Stone came loose on two seperate occasions. They tried to not fix it free of cost the first time and only did it when I left bad reviews everywhere. More recently they offered me $50 to remove my bad review and cover the repair cost. Clown shop. Stay far away from these guys. They don't act like they care that proposing is the most important thing you've likely done. It seems to me that respect for their customers doesn't seem high on their list of priorities. Update: They went on to offer a 50% refund contingent on me removing my negative reviews here. I refused and demanded a full refund and was sent back an AI chatbot screenshot explaining that I was somehow in the wrong for voiding the warranty by resizing it. I would point out that they've fixed the ring once for free as long as I took down my old bad reviews. As it has broken a second time after they supposedly "reinforced it" upon the first repair I am never letting them touch it again. My fiance wears it with anxiety instead of joy and it feels like that is not being taken seriously. I'll now be filing against them legally. Update: They had enough time to do the right thing. I have filed with the Civil Resolutions Tribunal against them. I'm done.
