Keep getting transferred around and even to their whatsapp customer service which receive no respond or reply. I have been waiting for the topup for more than 5 hours already and still waiting. Updates: Waited till the next day without any reply and same transfer all over with robots replying. i texted again after 18 hours of wait before them informing me that the order will be refunded.
