I strongly advise against ordering from this site. I placed an order for a battery (€1,699), and requested a cancellation within 48 hours via email. The seller completely ignored my messages and remained silent during the PayPal dispute I was forced to open. As soon as I escalated the dispute to a claim, they "magically" shipped the item to block the refund process, despite my formal cancellation weeks prior. This company does not respect European consumer protection laws (Right of Withdrawal). Their customer service is non-existent once they have your money. If you have a problem, you will be left alone.
