The coordinator on the phone was extremely helpful and did all she could do for me, however; I was disappointed in the amount that I was able to borrow. This is my 3rd loan with your company and paid back perfectly and still not allowed to borrow more than $400! And I was told that I moved up to a Silver status, which allowed me no benefits.
