I ordered my unit and only received half of it
I ordered my unit and only received half of the printer. I was missing the second box with the bed, display and additional hardware. Contacted shipping company and was told they only had one box for delivery. Reached back to elegoo and they directed me to the insurance company. Was not able to use the insurance stuff because since one box was delivered instead of 2 it was considered delivered. Reached out several times to support to.rectify the situation. Sent pic of what was received. Contacted my credit card company they are waiting for elegoo to resolve the issue. Last email received was that someone in charge of shipping will contact me. Still waiting. Update 202272026 Received reply but still resolution. Waiting for label to ship back the half of printer I received. Very frustrating. Process.
