I bought the large Shan bag in olive suede. It is beautiful its color and it generally mirrors online images. However, the cost far exceeds the value. The bag is of debatable quality -- it's fairly thin suede and almost no internal compartment. There's a small place to put your laptop and the portion that connected the compartment to the bag was broken i.e., there is a big gap in the material. I emailed them and apparently was outside my return window which is fine. They suggested that I get it fixed and they would reimburse me. So, it's not nothing and they were indeed responsive. But, this is NOT a HQ purchase experience and I would not buy again as a result. But, I will use the bag in the meantime especially since it's clearly not precious.
