UPDATE-Still Not Received!
I have purchased before (once) and all was fine. That purchase was smooth and received in a timely manner. CON: Currently do not have my order. Reached out to customer service it is automated and have yet received a response (3 business days). Tracking info provided is conflicting. (1) received email has been shipped(2) tracking number shows still in CN(3) tracking number shows in CA(4) customer services states has not been received that it has not been shipped. With this being said I have ordered from another company and received that package. So if and when I do receive the package from QVR I will be returning immediately. ******UPDATE********** I have to update my review. I received any email with "tracking information" and it is the same information I have been working with. I have no idea when the hair will arrive. Do not purchase from this company if you want your package in a time manner. Can't comment on the product because I have received it.
