Customer service is really bad they take a long time to respond. I've recently issued a return & shipped the package. I checked the usps tracking & see that it arrived days ago. Haven't heard an update from Lacemade about the return & Haven't gotten my money back. Recommend DO NOT BUY FROM LACEMADE plus the clothing material is bad made from polyester Return Order # 159941
