I love this balm! And ordering from their website was quick and easy. I have very sensitive lips. Most lip products actually dry them out--even ones with all natural ingredients. Something about the combo of ingredients (or maybe the quality?) in this balm makes it by far the best product I've ever used. I'm hooked for life.
