I placed a bundle order which included Loklik cutting machine. The bundle of supplies was delivered, however, the machine wasn’t. I contacted support, provided proof on not receiving the machine, they acknowledged their error & sent the machine within a couple of days.
All of my machines are from HTVRont. I had an issue with my tumbler press, I contacted support on January 27, the new machine was at my doorstep on today, January 30. They have the best customer support I’ve ever experienced. I’m looking to purchase a DTF printer, yet was concerned with possible warranty & support issues that could arise. With the amazing experience I had with their support team, (all via email)it’s really a no-brainer. If you are hesitating to purchase any of their products, don’t, just do it!
