Beware!! Won’t Last!
This is a review 8 months later. Within only 4 uses( we bought for our children) and well under a year of purchase, the bouncer will begin to rip at the seams with only the use of small children. I would be careful when purchasing for a company to rent out, it may not last at all. As the company states, you only get a 90 day warranty. So if your buying it for personal use, I recommend using the heck out of it within that time period to ensure there are no defects in the craftsmanship. Otherwise, the company will agree that the seams were sewed incorrectly (bunched) and offer their $13 glue to help, and ensure the integrity of the bouncer is not compromised. Oh and $100 back. Cool gesture I guess for a $1,000 purchase we are now afraid to use. Let’s slap a band aid on a gash and hope it won’t bleed anymore later down the line. Let’s see how long glue keeps something from continuing to be tore when pressure is applied as it is supposed to be. All in all, the problem lies with me and they attempted to help. Just beware purchasing the Rental Lite Rainbow Modular Bounce House when money is limited in this economy. It does not last!
