No after-sales response for refund even though website says otherwise
No after-sales response - emailed twice within the so-called 30 days period for free returns to initiate one. Nobody bothered to reply. However, automated emails kept coming in about leaving reviews. So I did but nothing came of it, and I noticed that I can't quite access the reviews on the sales website either. Interesting. Reason for returning was that the green was so bright and clashed with a) skin tone; b) jumped out too much against colour palette of existing clothes. Ok for loud personalities. Not sure how many Singaporeans would want to wear such a bright colour. Will never buy again
