I made a $200 donation/payment on Gamesow.com for in-game services. After the transaction, I lost the purchased value/items due to an in-game issue. I contacted the site administration multiple times and also posted on their official forum, but received zero response or assistance. The service I paid for was not delivered as promised, and the merchant completely ignored support requests. I am requesting a full refund due to non-provision of service and lack of customer support.
