No stars would be more appropriate. These people should not be able to continue these deceptive practices and I wish I would have done my research that would have avoided all this aggravation. They do not have the product I ordered and despite multiple requests for them to refund my money they refuse. They offered a 20% discount on my next order HUH!! I would never place another order. My mama didn't raise a fool. Why they are allowed to continue these deceptive business practices is beyond me. I have contacted my card company an the BBB.
