I bought the face mask and the neck and chest device. Absolutely loved them and felt like it was helping my skin. The neck and chest piece stopped working after 2 weeks, half of the lights didn’t come on. Contacted Customer Support and after sending a pic of the issue they are sending me a new one, as long as it arrives and there are no other issues I plan on buying other devices as well!
