My husband planned an anniversary trip to Alaska. I have a rare disease that affects mobility and several weeks before the trip I was having difficulty with standing. So I was unable to go with him. We tried to let my brother go in my stead. Now trying to get a real claims adjuster to speak with me seems impossible. They want docs that I have explained I can't get and they keep sending the same request. How many time does someone need to explain to a phone rep that this is not going to happen? I can't even find info on whom the VP of travel claims is.My stress of this whole process sends me into fits of crying.
